| 摘 要： | 本文基于电子商务对快递企业的需求与快递业中存在问题,指出了完善我国快递物流标准,建立电子商务环境下快递物流标准体系框架的必要性;从基础、信息、技术和管理四方面,提出了电子商务环境下快递物流标准体系,旨在规范电子商务参与各方的行为,提升快递企业的技术、管理和服务水平,引导我国快递业的健康发展,最后给出了标准研制和实施的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the necessity of consummating our express industry standards and constructing the standard system in e-commerce environment,proposes standard system of express industry in e-commerce environment based on basis,information,technology and management to regulate the behavior of E-commerce participants,improve technical level, management level and service level of express company,It offers suggestions for establishment and implementation of express standards. |
