| 摘 要： | 分析了目前发动机缸体、缸盖渗漏缺陷的主要原因,缩松的形成及影响因素。通过控制铁液的成分,选择合适的孕育剂种类和加入量,对缩松部位涂刷碲涂料等控制措施,可有效控制缩松引起的渗漏。

| Abstract: | The main reason of leakage in cylinder block and head was analyzed,and the formation mechanism and influencing factor of shrinkage was revealed. By controlling the chemical composition,choosing suitable inoculants and its adding amount and using Te coating,the shrinkage causing leakage could be reduced markedly. |
