车身阻尼处理降噪的有限元分析

摘    要:在车身顶棚内蒙皮表面进行阻尼处理,建立阻尼处理后的车身有限元模型。进行模态分析,振动响应分析,并将车身与车内声腔模型进行声固耦合计算。计算结果和阻尼处理前的声压级比较,证明车身表面阻尼处理能够有效降低乘坐室内噪声。

Abstract:The finite element model of a vehicle's body,whose roof has been treated with damping,is established.The modal analysis,vibration response analysis,and acoustic-structural coupling analysis are carried out.Comparing the sound pressure levels before and after the damping treatment,it is proved that the surface damping treatment of the body can reduce the noise in the vehicle's cavity effectively.The result provides guidance for the application of the technology of surface damping treatment to reducing the vibration radiating noise from the vehicle's body.
