摘    要:系统以AVR单片机ATmega64为控制器,实时对电机的转速进行检测,并结合给定速度,通过PI运算来控制单片机所输出的PWM信号的占空比,从而控制斩波器的导通比,实现绕线式异步电机转子回路串入电阻等效值的调节,达到调节电机转速的目的。该系统已在起重机械上得到了应用,实践证明,系统调速连续平滑性好、控制精度高、速度平稳。

Abstract:The system achieves an induction motor controller with ATmega64, which can adjust the speed of motor accurately according to the given rotating speed. The real-time measurement of the motor speed and the given rotating speed are put into MCU for calculation. And then the MCU generates PWM output pulse on the basis of the result of PI operation. Thus the series equivalent resistance of wound-rotor asynchronous motor is changed by adjusting the duty cycle of PWM signal, and the speed of motor is adjusted. At the end, experimental results are reported, which confirm that the system has good performance.
