汽车内饰件用塑料挂钩安装力及脱出力研究

摘    要:汽车内饰塑料件之间的装配通常采用挂钩形式,而保证塑料挂钩便于安装和拆卸,是挂钩设计所关注的焦点之一。基于数学统计方法,确定塑料挂钩安装力及脱出力的范围,基于CAE分析方法,确定塑料挂钩设计时需考虑的重要参数,即搭接宽度和支撑筋宽度。建立塑料挂钩的CAE模型,模拟和分析塑料挂钩搭接宽度及支持筋宽度与挂钩安装力及脱出力的关系,通过对样件的实际测量,验证CAE模型准确性。

Abstract:The assembly between automotive interior trims usually use hook design, and the design of hook should focus on the conven- ient assembly and disassembly of hook. Based on statistic theory, the force range of assembly and disassembly was determined and based on CAE analysis, the key parameters of the plastic hook design were determined, such as contact width and ribs' width. The CAE model of plastic hook was built, the relation between key parameters and operation forces was simulated and analyzed. Through the test of the real parts, the accuracy of the CAE model was validated.
