某柴油机进气道数值模拟及试验研究

摘    要:采用基于AVL Fire软件的模拟分析方法和基于涡流动量计的试验方法,对某型柴油机进气道的性能进行研究,得到5个工况点下气道的流量系数和涡流比。结果表明:模拟分析可以得到准确的流量系数和平均流量系数、涡流比和平均涡流比。在气道的开发过程中,模拟分析可以替代气道试验。

Abstract:The performance of the intake port of a diesel was studied through the simulation analysis method based on AVL Fire and thetest method based on swirl flow meter. The flow coefficient and swirl ratio at five different valve lifts we,'e obtained. Results show that the sim- ulation ruelhod can obtain accurate flow coefficient and mean flow coefficient, swirl ratio and mean swirl ratio. Simulation method can replace test method in the process of the intake port development.
