数控机床检测元件故障诊断及维修实例

摘    要:位置检测元件是数控机床的重要组成部分,检测元件采用直接或间接的方法将数控机床的执行机构或工作台等设备的速度和位移检测出来,并发出反馈信号,与数控系统发出的信号指令相比较.构成闭环(半闲环)系统和补偿执行机构的位置误差,从而提高数控机床加工精度。本文阐述了数控机床检测元件的日常维护及注意事项,通过长期实践总结积累了位置检测元件常见的故障及维修实例。

Abstract:Location detection component is the important component of the CNC machining tool, detection component adopts direct or indirect method to detect the pace and displacement of the numerical control executive body or workbench of machining tool, etc. and then send out the feedback signal, compare with signal order that sends out from numerical control system, then form the close ring (half-closed ring) system, and compensate the position error of the executive body, thus improve the numerical control lathe machining accuracy. This paper also explains the regular maintenance of the component and notes of CNC machining tool, and summarizes and accumulates the common faults and maintenance samples of location detection component through the long-term practice.
