丙烯用负载型催化剂常压淤浆聚合动力学研究

摘    要:对MgCl2/TiCl4-AlEt3和MgCl2/TiCl4/DNBP-AlEt3/DPDMS两个催化体系的丙烯常压淤浆聚合动力学进行了研究,发现两者的动力学曲线都是衰减型的,给电子化合物使聚合速率降低,但同时使聚合的衰减速率变慢。两者衰减期的动力学曲线可以用双活性中心模型拟合。同时发现,聚合初期产物等规度随聚合时间延长而缓慢上升,然后趋于恒定。用扫描电镜观察了聚合过程中聚合物形态的变化,发现聚合在催化剂的次级粒子上进行。

Abstract:The kinetics of MgCl 2/TiCl 4 AlEt 3 and MgCl 2/TiCl 4/DNBP AlEt 3/DPDMS for propylene polymerization in slurry under atmospheric pressure was studied The kinetic curves of both catalysts are of decay type,and electron donors reduce the decay rate,as well as polymerization rate The isotacticity index of polypropylene increases with the polymerization time during the initial period,and then reaches a constant The morphology of polymer particles was observed with SEM It was found that catalyst particles consisted of many subparticles over which polymerization proceeded
