摘    要:10kV供电系统采用各出线回路安装零序电流互感器配合微机小电流选线装置或微机保护装置,进行单相接地故障检测,对其存在的拒报、误报进行了分析。提出应从保护原理、产品开发、变配电站设计及保护整定值计算与设置等方面共同采取改进措施。

Abstract:Outgoing-line loops are used in 10kV power supply system to install zero-sequence current transformers for matching with the line selecting devices for small current of microcomputer or the protection devices for microcomputer so that the single-phase grounding fault can be detected.The rejected alarm and the false alarm are analyzed and it is put up that the improving measures should be taken jointly in such aspects as protection principles,product development,substation design and calculation and setting of protection and adjustment values.
