差热分析结果的影响因素研究

摘    要:通过实验分析了升温速率、参比物的选用、试样填充量、试样粒度及试样性质等影响差热分析结果的因素,结果表明,升温速率越高,试样填充量越多,DTA曲线上反应峰的峰形变得越高且尖锐,致使反应温度有所滞后;试样颗粒越大,峰形越宽且平坦,也会导致反应温度滞后;粉末试样的均一性同样会影响DTA曲线的重复性。因此,综合考虑以上因素来制定合理的测试参数,对正确进行测试、提高测试精度具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:The factors, such as heating rate, reference substances, filling degree, grain size and properties of specimens, which may influence the analysis precision of DTA testing, were experimentally investigated in this paper. The results show, with the improving of heating rate and filling degree of specimens, the peak becomes high and incisive, and the reaction temperature was postponed. The peak became smooth and the reactive temperature was also postponed when the grains became thick. The homogeneity of specimen obviously influences the precision of testing. Thus, a general consideration of all the factors should be taken in DTA analysis, which will be useful for improving the DTA testing.
