| 摘 要： | 分析了EQ3260GJ-400搅拌车底盘的主要结构和工况,阐述了其动力性能计算内容,并对计算结果进行了分析;在与进口车动力性能对比的基础上,指出东风该型搅拌车底盘在改装为7m3搅拌车时有较好的性能,并且满足国家法规和使用要求,而不适合于改装为9m3搅拌车.这种综合分析的方法可以较好地评定底盘动力性能与上装和合理匹配,为改装提供有效的评价尺度.

| Abstract: | This paper analyze the main structure and working condition of EQ3260GJ-400 mixer chassis,illustrate the calculation method of dynamic performance for chassis,and make a analysis of calculating result.Comparing with the dynamic performance of imported vehicle,this paper indicates that the 7 m~3 mixer refitted by Dongfeng truck chassis has a better performance,and meet the requirements of national regulation and service.But the 9 m~3 mixer refitted by Dongfeng truck chassis is not recommended.With this comprehensive analysis method,they could evaluate the dynamic performance of chassis and adaptation of refitted truck,and provide an effective appraisal rule for the refitted truck. |
