涤纶短纤维后处理联合机传动方式的改进

摘    要:传统的涤纶短纤维后处理联合机一般采用长边轴集体传动 ,该传动方式虽然能满足涤纶短纤维后处理的生产工艺要求 ,但这种传动方式占地面积大 ,结构复杂 ,维护保养困难 ,更换品种繁锁。随着计算机控制技术和变频调速技术的发展 ,多单元同步传动变频调速系统已逐步应用到涤纶短纤后处理联合机的传动之中 ,不仅有利于涤纶短纤生产中的品种开发 ,而且提高了整机的可靠性 ,同时也提高了短纤维生产线的机电一体化的水平。

Abstract:Long side shaft combination driving is usually used for the driving of the traditional polyester staple after treatment combination machine.This driving method can meet the production technology requirement of polyester staple aftertreatment,but the floor space of it is large,the structure is complicated,the uphold and maintainence is difficult,the changing of the variety is not simple.With the development of computer control technology and regulating freguent speed governing technology,multi unit synchronous driving regulating frequent speed governing system is applied on the driving of polyester staple aftertreatment combination machine.It is not only useful for the development of the new variety in the production of PET staple,the reliability of the whole machine,the mechanical and electrical as an organic whole level of the staple production line is also increased.
