部分VRLA蓄电池容量下降的原因分析及解决措施

摘    要:在通讯、UPS、电力系统等的VRLA备用电池组的浮充使用过程中,常有部分电池不明原因的逐渐变成落后电池,其容量有时甚至变得很小,使整组VRLA备用电池的负载放电时间很短,从而产生一系列的问题。本文认为造成这一情况的原因是部分电池中的活性物质晶粒周围存在一定量的"原始硫酸铅粗晶粒",从而使这部分电池在浮充使用过程中容量下降较快。针对这种情况,提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract:During the float charge of VRLA batteries in communications,UPS,power system and so on,there are often some cells falling behind due to unknown causes,sometimes their capacities become very low which make the whole string of the VRLA battery discharge for a shorter time,resulting in a series of serious problems.This paper believes that there are a certain amount of original coarse grains of lead sulfate around the active material grains,which make the capacity drop quickly during the float charge.Meanwhile,...
