| 摘 要： | 就中国城市开发区在开发区产业、开发区与城市及区域发展、开发区空间规划与土地利用、开发区管理体制、开发区发展评价与发展方向等方面展开了研究,认为开发区经济的持续发展问题、开发区与区域发展的关系问题、开发区发展过程中的生态环境问题以及人口与社会问题应成为下一阶段研究的重点。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the studies on Chi- nese urban development zones (UDZ) in the as- pects of industries, the development between UDZ and the urban and region, the spatial planning and land use, administration system, development evalu- ation and development direction. It presents that the economic sustainability, the relationship be- tween UDZ and the development of region, ecologi- cal environment problems in the development, popu- lation and social problems will be the research pri- ority in the future. |
