摘    要:目前智能系统常采用PLC来进行控制,成本较高。通过对Z5030A钻床特点和控制要求进行分析,采用单片机来进行控翻,设计了相关驱动接口电路和控制软件。实际运行表明该系统取得了良好效果。

Abstract:In the current,the control system for intelligent drills can't meet the needs,because it is controlled by the PLC,the cost of which is higher.The paper analyses the feature and the control requirement of Z5030A,puts forward the control system based on MCU,and draws the correlated interface circuit and control software.The experiment results illustrate that this system has obtained the expected effect.
