| Abstract: | A good working team lies in the core of promoting the whole company＇s integrated quality and the team management will decide whether or not the company has competitiveness and the competence of sustainable development.The qualification and competence of a team leader also plays a deciding role in team management.This essay had discussed the urgency and profoundness of developing team leaders＇ capacity under new circumstances and then pertinently explored the details and measures on this issue. |
