Relationship between the government and the market in the transition of economy

This paper discusses the features of Chinese economic system intransition ,control the character of the market ,the reason of the market failure ,the governments' regulaion and the failure of the government action. And then,it concludes the relationship between the market and the government. The conclusion of this paper goes as follows:in view of the failure of the market and governemnt,now we should build "strong market and strong government".
