混凝土挤压边墙技术在湖北水布垭面板堆石坝中的应用

摘    要:混凝土挤压边墙施工技术作为混凝土面板堆石坝上游坡面处理的新方法始于20世纪90年代中期,它采用道沿机的挤压滑模原理,利用机械挤压力形成墙体。该墙体半透水、低弹模,因此,混凝土挤压边墙施工技术相比传统施工工艺,具有抗冲刷能力强、节省工程量、加快施工进度、确保施工质量等特点。水布垭水电站采用的挤压边墙技术与原处理方案相比,缩短工期约60 d,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Construction of concrete wall extrusion technology as a concrete faced rockfill dam upstream slope of the new method of dealing with the 20th century began in the mid-90's,it used extrusion machine along the road sliding mode theory,the use of mechanical pressure to form a wall crowded.The semi-permeable wall,di tan mold,therefore,the construction of concrete wall extrusion technology process compared to traditional construction,with anti-erosion ability to save projects to speed up the construction progress to ensure construction quality and so on.Shuibuya Hydropower Station sidewall technology used in extrusion,compared with the original treatment to shorten the duration of about 2 months,and achieved good results.
