摘    要:广州新白云国际机场是国内已建和在建机场中的最大机场,其中主航站楼钢结构的安装具有较大的难度。机场主航站楼屋面采用双曲面空间管桁架结构以及人字型柱支承体系,管桁架截面为倒三角形,连续跨度220m。人字柱为梭形截面三管格构柱,最大高度35.5m。安装采用地面分段拼装、高空分组组对、桁架与胎架整体曲线滑移的施工技术。本文将详细介绍这一施工技术,并重点论述空间管桁架的拼装、胎架的设计、滑移系统的设置及实施等关键技术。

Abstract:The Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport is one of the largest international airports in the world,where the construction of the main building of the terminal is a key part of the entire terminal building group. The main building consists mainly of space pipe trusses as the roof structure with a continuous span length of 220m and the 3 pipe shuttle shaped steel latticed columns as support members of the roof structure with a maximum height of 35m. A construction approach for the main building is presented in which the space truss together with a sliding support structure glides from an assembling position to the objective position on four curved tracks by a power force driving system. The objective of the paper is to present this construction technology and sliding structure system with its key problems involved.
