活性染料印花增稠剂FSA的合成研究

摘    要:深入探讨了合成活性染料印花增稠剂FSA的工艺条件,通过对满足活性染料印花条件的特殊单体的选择,优化合成反应条件,合成出了新型活性染料印花增稠剂FSA,较好地解决了合成增稠剂在退浆和用量大等技术难题,且得色鲜艳亮丽、手感柔软和使用方便。

Abstract:The technical requirements of synthesizing the reactive dyes printing thicker FSA were farther studied. The new type FSA has been synthdsized by choosing the special monomer, Optimizing the reaction situation. The technical problems, such as desizing, big quantity to Use, have been solved, the new kind of FSA can make the colour bright, the product soft, and can be used easily.
