| 摘 要： | 乳酸菌胞外多糖具有优良的功能性质。根据产胞外多糖乳酸菌的性质,开发了菌落拉丝法作为产胞外多糖乳酸菌的简便初筛方法。以分离菌落在MRS筛选培养基上的拉丝长度为初筛指标,以胞外多糖产量(硫酸-苯酚法)为复筛指标,从自然发酵酸乳和自然发酵蔬菜中分离得到了3株胞外多糖产量较高的乳酸菌,经API细菌鉴定系统鉴定,分别被鉴定为短乳杆菌BT0898、植物乳杆菌NYC30和鼠李糖乳杆菌YHOC137。

| Abstract: | Extracellular polysaccharides of Lactic acid bacteria are excellent functional properties.A sim- ple and efficient colony thread-drawing method was developed to firstly screen extracellular polysaccharide- producing lactic acid bacteria.Phenol-sulfuric method was used to reconfirm the high-yield strains.Three lactic acid bacteria strains of high extracellular polysaccharide production level were selected from naturally- fermented milks and vegetables.The three strains were identified as Lactobacillus brevis BT0898,Lactoba- cillus plantarum NYC30,and Lactobacillus rhamnosus YHOC137,respectively. |
