扫描式激光测径技术的算法新探

摘    要:为了提高激光扫描测径技术的测量精度和测量稳定性,在研究了传统的激光扫描法测径的原理和算法后,提出了一种激光扫描测径的新算法。新算法充分利用了扫描光路的几何关系和数值计算技术。在产品生产过程中,新算法的应用提高了测量精度,降低了产品成本。

Abstract:Based on the research of the traditional computational method in laser scanning measurement of diameter, intrinsic disadvantages in the method are found. In order to avoid these disadvantages, improve the precision of the measurement and cut down the cost of instrument, a new computational method is developed and described in this paper.
