摘    要:本监控系统是应用PLC(可编程控制器)及PROFIBUS现场总线技术为某炼铁高炉设计的。该系统以SIEMENS公司的PLC、S7—300作为数据采集单元及控制单元,在各种检测传感器的配合下对高炉的多个工艺参数进行实时数据采集,并依据所检测到的数据及时对高炉的汽包水位、热风温度实施控制,以达到规定的要求;同时在监控上位机上为操作人员提供多个动态运行监视画面、事故时的报警信号、当前和历史数据报表及数据变化趋势图等等。系统中主要的通讯是通过Profibus现场总线来实现;同时按照OPC(OLE for Process Control)的技术规范,实现上位监控主机之间的通讯,大大加强了整个系统的高度集中性。

Abstract:A computer supervising control-system was designed for an iron furnace by use of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and advanced PROFIBUS field bus technology. In this system, Siemens PLC, S7-300 was as the automatic data collection and control unit. By various sensors, real-time data of many furnace parameters input the controller. According to the processed data, the controller supervises the circuits relevant to water level or wind-temperature to satisfy the set requests. At the same time, the supervising computer provides man-to-machine communication for operators. The application of PROFIBUS field bus and OPC (OLE for Process Control) technology makes it easy to meet the demands of Network communications.
