自旋锚杆安装扭矩与锚固力关系研究

摘    要:依据原地旋转模型和圆筒形模型,研究了自旋锚杆安装扭矩与锚固力的关系,指出两者均随锚叶直径的增大而增加。结合西安地铁2号线张家堡标段基坑工程,对自旋锚杆进行试验,试验结果表明:在不改变自旋锚杆自身参数情况下,安装扭矩与锚固长度呈线性关系,锚固力与锚固长度呈抛物线关系;当锚固长度一定时,锚固力和安装扭矩基本上呈线性关系。指出可以在工程应用中直接通过安装扭矩反映锚固力大小。
