| 摘 要： | 有机硅改性环氧树脂涂料是目前应用比较广的一种耐高温涂料。本研究选用乙氧基封端的有机硅低聚体对环氧树脂进行改性，用酚醛树脂作体系的固化剂，详细对比了改性树脂及涂料制备中时间、温度及用料比例对涂膜性能的影响，制备了一种兼有有机硅、环氧和酚醛树脂优点的可耐500℃以上的高温涂料。

| Abstract: | The organosilicon modified epoxy resin coating is at present one of the application of awidely heat resistant coatings. The silicon oligomer with ethoxy groups was selects to modify the epoxy resin, and phenolic resin was .chosen as curing agent. The influences of the time, the temperature and the proportion of the materials to the paint performance were discussed in detail. A kind of heat-resisting coating with organic silicon, epoxy and phenolic resin merits was prepared, and could be used to resist above 500℃. |
