| Abstract: | As for a basic project item,from the decision made in early stage to the project compliction and being put into production,economic reasonability seems more important ,besides all the technical conditions meeting the requirements.And,the key point for economic reasonbiliy is project cost.This paper makes a discussion of the influence caused by working period of hydraulic project to project cost at different construction stages. |
