浅议桂林青狮潭水库功能定位

桂林青狮潭水库是桂林市附近唯一的大型水库，1960年建成投入使用，原水库功能定位是以灌溉为主结合发电，对当地的社会经济发展起了巨大的促进作用。但随着桂林市社会经济的发展，城市生活用水、防洪、旅游用水等问题日益突出，原水库功能定位愈发显得单一，已越来越不适应桂林市社会经济发展的的需要。因此，对桂林青狮潭水库功能进行重新规划、调整势在必行。水库功能新定位为供水、灌溉、防洪、补水、发电，采取各种措施合理、有效地开发利用水资源，充分发挥水库的综合效益，以水资源的可持续利用促进桂林市社会经济的持续发展。

The Qingshitan reservoir is the only big typed reservoir besides Guilin city, its former function locating was mainly for irrigation combining with electricity generation. Along with Guilin city social and economic development, the city drinking water, flood protection and tourism water use become striking, the reservoir function locating can't meet the development demand and must be regulated. The reservoir new function locating will be water supply, irrigation, flood protection, water supplement and electricity generation. Must apply the rational measures to develop and use water resources, make full use of the reservoir comprehensive benefit, and promote social and economic development of Guilin city by water resources sustained use.
