螺旋型喷嘴雾滴分布特性实验研究

摘    要:液体雾化是两相流研究中非常重要的课题,在农业、能源以及环境工程中具有广泛的应用。本文对TF6喷嘴的雾化机理及表征液滴尺寸的参数进行了理论分析,通过实验测量了该喷嘴在不同喷雾压力下液体雾化粒子的粒径分布,得出了粒子粒径与喷雾压力之间的变化规律,并得到了该喷嘴的临界雾化压力值。

Abstract:Liquid atomization is an important issue in the investigation of two-phase flow,and has been widely used in agriculture,energy resources and environment engineering.In this paper,the atomizing principle of TF6 nozzle and the parameters for describing the droplet-size distribution were analyzed.The distribution of TF6 nozzle's droplet diameters at different pressures was obtained by experiment,and the value of critical spray pressure of TF6 nozzle was derived.
