摘    要:阐述了面内旋转模态超声波电机的工作原理,针对面内旋转模态电机的特点,分别从陶瓷片的极化、工作界面的确定、振动模态的选择、定子的固定方式、预紧机构的设计几方面论述了电机设计过程中应当注意的问题。

Abstract:In this paper,the operating principle of ultrasonic motor using revolving mode in plane is presented. Aiming at the properties of the motor and from some aspects, such as the polarization of the ceramic chip, the determination of the working interface, the selection of the vibration mode, the fixation manner, and the design of the pre-fixation mechanism respectively,this paper discusses what should be paid attention to during the design procedures.
