一种喷射型粉尘预荷电器的实验研究

摘    要:研制了一种以金属拉伐尔管为阳极,管喉部装针状放电阴极的粉尘预荷电装置。由于含湿空气通过该装置的电晕放电场时急剧膨胀,产生大量的带电冰气溶胶。实验测定了用于产生带电冰气溶胶的有效电流和冰气溶胶对粉尘预荷电的效果。并探讨了将这项技术用于除尘实践的可能性。

Abstract:A discharge device for dust precharging has been developed with the metalic anodefabricated as a Layal nozzle and the needle discharge cathode mounted at the ccenter ofthe nozzle throat. A great number of ice aerosols are created in the corona dischargefield by rapid expansion of the moist air in passing through the device. The effectivecorona currents for creation of the charged ice aerosols are measured, and the effectsof the ice aerosols to precharge the dust particles are also determined' Potential application of the technique to practice of dust removal from gas stream is discussed'
