Exposure Conditions in Sensitometry of Medical X-ray Film by Using X-ray Beam

Through 14 years' endeavor, lSO has newly published ISO 9236-1: Ph otograp hy- Se n si tom-etry of screen/film systems for medical radiography-Part 1: Determination of sensitometriccurve, speed and average gradient and suggested P-Members to initiate the appropriate actionaimed at adopting this new ISO Standard as National Sandaxd. This paper outlines the most deli-cate part of this Standard: X-ray exposure conditions together with some discussions.
