摘    要:介绍了飞灰再燃技术,就是将CFB锅炉尾部除尘器收集的飞灰,返回炉膛再燃烧,以降低飞灰可燃物损失。在75 t/h CFB锅炉上,原飞灰可燃物损失达18%,采用LLB飞灰再燃烧技术,使飞灰可燃物损失降低到9%。

Abstract:The fly-ash recombustion technique is being explained,which consists of returning back fly ash,which has been gathered by dust separators in the boiler's near,into the furnace,for the purpose of reducing the content of combustibles in the find fly-ash.The original loss,due to combustibles in the fly ash,of a 75 t/h CFB boiler was as high as 18%,but by applying LLB fly ash recombustion technique,this loss has dropped to 9%.
