| 摘 要： | 分析了注塑成型过程各阶段的特点及主要注射工艺参数对注塑产品质量的影响 ,分析了注射成型过程模拟技术的应用现状和特点、评价方法及专用注塑过程模拟软件C MOLD系统的层次结构和分析功能等 .结合实例分析介绍了CAE系统分析结果的评价及其对注塑模具与工艺设计的指导作用 .

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristic of plastic injection molding process as well as the influence of injection process parameters on the products quality. The current situation of computer aided simulation in this field, the evaluation method and the specific simulation software C-MOLD and its hierarchy, main performance are also discussed. By a case study, a simulation based plastic injection molding process evaluation method and molding modification method was analyzed. |
