聚丙烯腈初生纤维凝固过程中“皮·芯”结构的研究

摘    要:通过建立PAN湿法纺丝丝条凝固过程中“皮·芯”结构模型,对PAN湿法纺丝凝固过程进行模拟。结果表明,喷丝头附近的凝固浴浓度降低时,有利于提高纺丝速度和喷丝头拉伸比。

Abstract:To describe PAN-based Carbon Fiber Precursor coagulation process,a 'skin-core' structure model are established to simulate the wet-spinning process.The results show the low concentration of coagulant near the spinneret will help increase the spinning velocity and the stretching rate
