FRP复合理论与FRC复合理论

摘    要:根据混合法则的基本原理,分别推导了FRP和FRC的初裂强度,极限强度计算公式,分析了FRP和FRC两种复合材料破坏模式与纤维掺量的关系。研究结果表明,FRP复合理论比较完善,推导出的FRC复合理论只适用于纤维间距较大的水泥基复合材料,否则必须综合考虑纤维对基体损伤过程的影响,即考虑纤维与基体复合后带来的耦合效应。

Abstract:According to the basic theory of mixture principle,formulas were established for calculation of the strength of initial crack and the ultimate st rength of fiber-reinforced plastics(FRP)and fiber-reinforced con-crete(FRC ).The relationship between their modes of failure and fiber consumption was an alyzed.The results in-dicated that the composite theory of FRC is more perfect than that of FRP and the composite theory of FRC is suitable to the cement bas ed composite material with larger fiber space only.If fiber space is rather sma ll,the effect of fiber on bulk material damage must be considered,i.e.the co upling effect caused by combination of fiber with matrix should be considered.
