| 摘 要： | 为确保CNPF100-400型屏蔽泵在特殊工况下正常使用,通过对泵的结构及输送物料特性的分析以及泵润滑液要求的分析,提出了泵由自润滑改成外润滑和外润滑改进的方案,实施后取得了良好的效果,连续运行近30个月,大幅降低检修费用,减轻了环保压力.

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee CNPF100-400 Shielding Pump in the normal use of special conditions, through the analysis of the pump structure and material properties and distribution pump lubricant requirements, raised that replaced the self-lubricating by outside lubrication and improve program of the outside lubrication, the implementation has produced good results. Continuous operation of the past 30 months, maintenance costs were reduced substantially, and the environmental pressure were reduced too. |
