摘    要:桐子林水电站站址处昼夜温差大,夏季温度高。为防止导流明渠工程混凝土产生裂缝,在混凝土施工中采取了降低水化热温升、控制出机口温度、降低混凝土入仓和浇筑温度、表面养护和保护以及通水冷却等措施。施工完毕后,未发现任何裂缝。

Abstract:Tongzilin Hydropower Station locates at the area with larger temperature difference between day and night and higher temperature in summer.To prevent crack in the concrete pouring of diversion channel,the measures are undertaken during construction,including lowering hydration heat,controlling concrete temperature at the outlet of batch plant,lowering concrete temperature during placing and pouring,concrete surface curing and protection,and water cooling.No crack is found after completion.
