壳聚糖复合保鲜膜成膜性能的改性研究进展

摘    要:壳聚糖来源丰富,可被生物降解,制成薄膜后具有一定的透O2、CO2和透水蒸气的性能,有很好的保鲜和抑菌效果,若采用简单的物理共混和化学改性等方法制成多成分的复合膜以弥补单层壳聚糖保鲜膜的性能局限,将会满足不同食品的包装需要。本文从机械性能、阻隔性能、抗菌性能和生物降解性四个方面论述了复合保鲜膜成膜性能的改性研究,为复合保鲜膜的改性提供理论依据。

Abstract:Chitosan is rich in nature and it can be biodegradable, which can’t cause whtit pollution. The film from Chitosan can infiltrate a rate of O2、CO2 and H2O vapour, and have the effect of remaining fresh and antibactering.In order to enhance the single film from Chitosan to meet the needs of different food packaging, we take method to make composite film such as physical blends and chemical modified ingredients. This paper insisted the study on modifing the formation of packaging blend film from Chitosan from mechanical properties, barrier properties, antibacterial properties and biodegradable, which provides a theoretical basis of composite film.
