水轮机座环结构有限元分析

摘    要:采用UGNX7.5中的Nastran有限元分析模块对某型号的水轮机座环在机组的最大设计水头下进行静态刚强度计算,得到了正常工况下座环的变形和应力分布规律。同时采用ASME锅炉压力容器规范中的应力强度评定标准进行评估,发现该结果满足座环材料的强度要求。该分析方法亦可为以后座环结构的优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:The static stiffness and strength of a kind of turbine’s stay ring in maximum design water head is calculated by using the Nastran finite element analysis module in UGNX7.5.The deformation and stress distribution of stay ring under normal operation conditions are achieved,and at the same time,the stay ring is assessed by using the stress intensity evaluation criteria in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.The results show that the stay ring meets the requirements on material strength.The analysis method can provide theoretical basis for stay ring structure optimization.
