摘    要:蒲石河抽水蓄能电站下库泄洪排沙闸闸墩预应力锚索施工中,张拉按照设计要求应进行整体张拉,主次锚束的整体张拉均分为6级进行,采取以应力控制为主,伸长值校核的操作方法;以千斤顶油压表作为张拉控制依据,以测力计作为监测预应力锚索锁定后的发展变化情况;采用低回缩锚具通过二次张拉,解决了施工难题,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:During the construction of pre-stressed anchorage cables for the flood discharging and sand gates in the lower reservoir of Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station,the tensioning of main and secondary cables are overall carried out according to design,in which the tensile force is divided into six levels,and the tensioning is controlled by the tensile stress and checked by cable elongation.The oil pressure gauge of jack is taken as the control of tensioning during cable installation,and the dynamometer is taken as the monitoring of development after cable installation.The second tensioning is conducted by low retraction anchorage device to solve the construction problems,and achieves good results.
