基于准三维理论的混流式水轮机转轮设计方法的研究

摘    要:基于S1和S2两类相对流面理论,建立了混流式水轮机转轮内部流动的准三维计算与叶片设计的模型.利用周向平均处理方法,从三维欧拉方程导出子午面上的流函数运动方程,并利用周向平均的1个S2m流面和1组S1流面的迭代计算得到所设计的叶片.采用Galerkin加权余量法,建立了S2m、 S1流面方程的有限元方程,采用松驰法进行迭代计算;得到满足给定负荷分布及厚度分布的转轮,为转轮设计提供了一种新的有效的计算模型和方法.

Abstract:Based on the theories of relative stream surface of S1 and S2,a quasi three-dimensional model for inner flow calculation and blade design of Francis turbine runner is established.After the average processing for the flow along circumferential direction,the motion equation of stream flowing along the meridian plane is derived from three-dimensional Euler equations,and the blade is designed by the iterative calculation of an S2m stream surface and a set of S1 stream surfaces.By using Galerkin weighted residual method,the finite element equations are established for solving the S2m、S1 stream surface equations,and the relaxation method is used for iterative calculation.The runner which meets the requirements on load distribution and thickness distribution of blade can be finally designed by using this model.This model provides a new and effective tool for runner calculation and design.
