摘    要:以塔带机工作平台多载荷作用下的整体柔度最小为优化目标,基于实体各向同性材料惩罚函数插值方法,构建多载荷拓扑优化数学模型,利用HyperWorks/Optistruct求解优化模型,得到工作平台的拓扑形式。根据拓扑形式重构几何模型,并对原结构模型和重构模型进行静力分析比较,结果表明,工作平台结构经拓扑优化后,在减轻结构质量的同时,提高了结构刚度,减小了应力分布,比优化前更加安全、可靠。

Abstract:Taking minimum compliance of the work flat of tower-belt under multi-loaded working conditions as the objective,the mathematical optimization model of multi-loaded topology optimization is developed based on the interpolation method of solid isotropic material with penalization.The optimal model of work flat is solved by using Hyperworks/Optistruct to obtain the topological form,and then the geometric model is reconstructed.The static analyses of original and restricted structural models of work flat show that the optimized structure can not only decrease the weight,but also improve the stiffness and reduce the stress.The work flat will be more safe and reliable than before.
