蒲石河抽水蓄能电站电气二次设计

摘    要:蒲石河抽水蓄能电站机电设备采购由国外厂商成套供货转型为国内厂商分散招标。电站采用国产计算机监控系统,不同厂商设备间接口的协调给电气二次设计提出了新问题,通过加强接口设计、技术沟通、采用新技术等措施,保证了监控系统的成功。电气二次设计中,还优化了励磁整流装置,改进了发电电动机继电保护控制逻辑回路,采用了厂用电系统保护测控一体化装置,选择了合理的蓄电池容量。

Abstract:The electrical equipments for Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station are scattered supply by different domestic manufacturers instead of the packaging supply by foreign manufacturers.Because of the adoption of domestic computer monitoring system,the interface coordination between devices from different manufacturers becomes a new problem during secondary electrical design.By improving interface design,enhancing technical communication and using new technologies,the monitoring system is successful.During the secondary electric design,the excitation rectifier is optimized,the logic circuit of motor-generator relay protection is improved,the monitoring-control-protection integral device is used in auxiliary power system and the battery capacity is also reasonable selected.
