盐酸掺杂聚苯胺的电容性能研究

摘    要:低温下化学氧化合成了盐酸掺杂聚苯胺,采用扫描电子显微镜、恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗技术研究了聚苯胺的形貌和电化学电容性能.结果表明,低温下合成的聚合物呈颗粒状堆积,颗粒粒径约300~500nm;电化学测试结果表明,电流密度为8mA/cm2时聚苯胺在酸性电解液中的单电极比电容高达512F/g,100次循环后比电容为初始容量的94.1%,循环性能良好.

Abstract:Hydrochloride doping polyaniline (PANI) was prepared by chemical oxidation at low temperature condi-tion. Techniques of scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the morphology of the polymer, and the electro-cbemical properties of PANI were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge and electro-chemical impedance spectorscopy (EIS). The results indicated that the polymer was about 300~500nm in diameter and showed better electrochemical capacitive performance. The spectific capacitance of the polymer electrode was 512 F/g at a current of 8mA/cm2 in 2mol/L H2SO4 electrolyte, which became 94. 1% to the initial capacity after 100 charge-discharge cycles.
