摘    要:文章以一台135 MW超高压循环流化床常规燃煤锅炉为例,分别按立管式空预器和卧管式空预器两种型式进行性能计算,并根据计算结果数据对两种结构型式空气预热器进行性能和整体布置上的对比,包括布置空间、受热面积、传热方面、结构设计等方面。同时还从空气预热器的膨胀、支撑等具体结构设计上以及目前存在的低温腐蚀、积灰等问题上,总结了两种结构型式各自的优缺点,为以后的设计提供理论上的参考。

Abstract:Based on an example of a 135 MW ultrahigh pressure CFBC boiler,vertical tube type air preheaters and horizontal tubular air preheaters are calculated respectively and according to data,the two kind of air preheaters are compared in performance and boiler layout including the arrangement of space,heating area,heat transfer,structure design,etc.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of these two air preheaters are summarized from expansion of air preheater,as well as the existing problems in the production of low temperature corrosion,dust,etc,which provides theory reference for future design.
