| 摘 要： | 测定白酒中杂醇油常采用硫酸-对二甲胺基苯甲醛比色法，但测定常有误差。通过反复实验对杂醇油测定过程中出现的误差原因进行了分析、提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | The colorimetry of sulfuric acid and p-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde used to determinate the fusel oil of alcoholic liquor,but it occurs deviation.The reason for determined deviation,during the process of determining,was analyzed by repetitious experiments,and improved method was put forward in this paper. |
