摘    要:介绍了国内外羽毛球拍网线的研究进展,详述了羽毛球拍网线的生产工艺与设备,并对国内外羽毛球拍网线的直径、截面结构、材质、力学性能以及其使用性能进行了对比,发现国外的网线普遍采用高强度的先进纤维和耐磨损的先进涂层,并采用特殊的包芯编织工艺,各项使用性能优越;而国内的网线采用普通的锦纶和尼龙树脂涂层,同时采用简单的股线加捻,...

Abstract:This paper introduces the development of badminton string at home and abroad. The production process and equipment of badminton string are described in detail. Comparisons are made in terms of diameter, cross sec- tion structure, and texture of material as well as mechanical properties, and the use of performance of badminton string at home and abroad. It is found that advanced high-strength fibers and wear-resistant coating, as well as spe- cial core-spun weave technology were often used in badminton strings abroad, so as to shape up superior perfor- mance of the badminton string. However, badminton strings at home often use ordinary nylon filaments and nylon resin coating, as well as the simple compound-yarn -twisting technology, which can only be used for low-end prod- ucts. Finally, the development trend of domestic traditional badminton string is pointed out.
