啶酰菌胺在番茄和土壤中的残留及消解动态

摘    要:目的]为啶酰菌胺的安全合理使用提供依据。方法]建立了啶酰菌胺在番茄和土壤样品中的残留检测方法,并利用该方法研究了啶酰菌胺在番茄和土壤中的降解动态和最终残留。结果]方法的准确度和精密度符合残留检测要求,啶酰菌胺在番茄中半衰期为7.6~11.7 d,土壤中的半衰期为5.7~18.2 d,以推荐剂量的高剂量施药后,啶酰菌胺在番茄中的残留量均低于MRL值。结论]按照推荐方法施药,啶酰菌胺在番茄上的使用相对安全。

Abstract:Aims] it was to provide guidance for reasonable use of boscalid.Methods] A new analysis method to determine the residue of boscalid in tomato and soil was developed,and this method had been used to study the residue and dissipation of boscalid in tomato and soil in field.Results] The accurancy and precision of this method was feasible.The half-lives of boscad were 7.6-11.7 d in tomato,and 5.7-18.2 d in soil.After sprayed at the high level of recommended dose,the final residue of boscalid was below maximum residue limit(MRL).Conclusions] The application of boscalid was comparatively safe according to the recommended dose.
