摘    要:以能源消费的绿色经济效益最大化为目标,利用能源消费的边际效益均衡原理、经济学中的边际效用理论建立可再生能源优化配置模型,分为区域间优化配置和用户间优化配置两个层次.所建模型对以网线或管道形式输送的可再生能源资源在区域、用户之间的优化配置有实际参考价值,有利于引导用户提高能源消费的绿色边际效益和我国可再生能源配额制的创新和执行.

Abstract:The conception of the optimal configuration of renewable energy was introduced in this paper. In order to utilize the renewable energy rationally and maximize energy-consuming green benefit, the optimal configuration model of renewable energy with two levels of regions and consumers was set up, which was based on the theories of energy-consuming marginal benefit equilibrium and marginal utility function equilibrium in economics. The model is the refemce for optimal configuration of renewable energy transmitted by nets or pipelines among the regions or consumers. It will bestirs consumers to improve the energy-consuming green marginal benefit, and innovation and implement of RPS in China.
