摘    要:手动操作卡瓦容易造成重大人身事故。为了保证钻修井工人安全,研制出了动力卡瓦。通过卡瓦体和卡瓦座模型,分析了卡瓦体和卡瓦座工作中的几个参数对卡紧可靠性能的影响,并利用正交优化法进行了优化。

Abstract:At present,the domestic use of slip is manual,and it is easy to cause significant personal accident.In order to ensure the safety of workers,a power slip was developed.The model of slip body and slip seat was analyzed,concluding that how several parameters of slip body and slip seat impact reliability of Slips in the work.Finally,the orthogonal optimization method was used to optimize this parameter.
